LOCKERGO – TERMS OF USE AND PURCHASE POLICY

These Terms of Use and Purchase govern the reservation and use of the luggage storage services provided by:

By making a reservation or using any LockerGo facility, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.


2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

LockerGo provides self-service luggage storage lockers available for short-term rental.

Customers may reserve a locker online through the LockerGo website or through any authorized booking platform.

Locker access is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, subject to technical availability, maintenance requirements, and force majeure events.


3. ELIGIBILITY

Customers must be at least 18 years old or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian to use the service.

LockerGo reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a reservation, or deny access to any customer suspected of fraud, abuse, criminal activity, misuse of the facilities, or any activity that may compromise the safety, security, or proper operation of the service.


4. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

Reservations are confirmed only after successful payment has been processed.

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

LockerGo reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, confirmed reservations will be honored at the price paid at the time of booking.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all reservation details before completing payment.


5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Customers may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund provided the cancellation is made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled reservation start time.

No refunds will be issued for:

·      Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before the reservation start time.

·      Reservations that have already started.

·      Failure to use the reserved locker.

·      Early departure or partial use of the service.

·      Customer error when selecting dates, times, or locker sizes.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.


6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for:

·      Ensuring their locker is properly closed and secured.

·      Keeping their access code confidential.

·      Retrieving their belongings before the reservation period expires.

·      Providing accurate contact information during booking.

·      Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Customers must not share access credentials with unauthorized persons.


7. PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items may not be stored in LockerGo lockers:

·      Weapons or ammunition.

·      Explosives or flammable materials.

·      Illegal substances.

·      Hazardous, toxic, corrosive, or dangerous materials.

·      Live animals.

·      Perishable food or items likely to cause odors, leaks, contamination, or damage.

·      Any item whose possession is prohibited by Spanish law.

LockerGo does not accept liability for cash, jewelry, precious metals, passports, identity documents, electronics, laptops, cameras, mobile phones, or other valuable items stored within the lockers.

LockerGo reserves the right to contact law enforcement authorities if prohibited or illegal items are discovered.


8. MAXIMUM VALUE OF STORED ITEMS

Customers should not store items with a total value exceeding €500 per locker.

LockerGo does not declare, insure, or guarantee the value of any property placed in a locker.

Customers storing items with a value exceeding this recommendation do so entirely at their own risk.


9. MAXIMUM RENTAL PERIOD

Unless otherwise authorized by LockerGo in writing, lockers may not be rented continuously for more than seven (7) consecutive days.

LockerGo reserves the right to remove and securely store any belongings left beyond the maximum rental period and to apply additional storage or retrieval charges.


10. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

For the safety and security of customers, staff, and facilities, LockerGo locations may be monitored by closed-circuit television (CCTV).

Video recordings may be used for security purposes, incident investigations, loss prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.

By entering and using the facilities, customers acknowledge and accept that video surveillance may be in operation.

All recordings will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.


11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Customers store items at their own risk.

LockerGo is not responsible for:

·      Cash.

·      Jewelry.

·      Precious metals.

·      Passports.

·      Identity documents.

·      Electronics.

·      Mobile phones.

·      Cameras.

·      Laptops.

·      Valuable items.

·      Indirect or consequential damages.

·      Losses resulting from customer negligence.

·      Events beyond LockerGo’s reasonable control, including force majeure.

LockerGo’s maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the reservation unless otherwise required by applicable law.


12. LATE COLLECTION

Customers must collect their belongings before the reservation period expires.

If luggage remains in a locker after the reservation period:

1.      Additional storage charges may automatically apply for an additional day.

2.      LockerGo may remove and securely store the belongings after twenty-four (24) hours.

3.      A retrieval and handling fee may be charged before the luggage is returned to the customer.

LockerGo reserves the right to deny access until all outstanding charges have been paid.


13. UNCOLLECTED PROPERTY

Items not collected within seven (7) calendar days after the reservation period ends may be considered abandoned.

LockerGo will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the contact information provided during booking.

If the customer cannot be reached or does not arrange collection within the stated period, LockerGo reserves the right to dispose of, donate, recycle, or otherwise handle the property in accordance with applicable law.


14. DAMAGE TO LOCKERS AND FACILITIES

Customers are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence to:

·      Lockers.

·      Access systems.

·      Doors.

·      Equipment.

·      Security systems.

·      Facilities.

LockerGo reserves the right to recover repair, replacement, cleaning, and administrative costs associated with such damage.


15. TECHNICAL ISSUES

In the event of a technical issue preventing access to a locker, customers should immediately contact LockerGo support.

LockerGo will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

LockerGo shall not be liable for delays caused by technical failures outside its reasonable control.

Requests received outside support hours will be addressed as soon as reasonably possible.


17. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Personal information collected during the reservation process will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish legislation.

18. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

LockerGo strives to maintain uninterrupted website and locker system availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

·      Scheduled maintenance.

·      System upgrades.

·      Technical failures.

·      Internet or telecommunications outages.

·      Circumstances beyond LockerGo’s control.

LockerGo shall not be liable for temporary service interruptions.


19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

LockerGo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes will become effective upon publication on the website.

Reservations already confirmed will continue to be governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time of booking.


20. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.

Any dispute arising from the use of the service shall be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals of Granada, Spain, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.


ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing a reservation and using the LockerGo service, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
